If you are like me and like to use P2P file transferring for the speed benefits and then end up getting speeds as slow as .5Kb/s. If you notice that initially the speed is fast but seconds later it drops down to essentially nothing I think I may have the remedy. I noticed that recent Utorrent version seem to limit your download speed when you put your global upload to less that 100. You might say to yourself “Hey I don’t want my bandwidth usage for this month going through the roof” have no fear I have another remedy. The things that suck down the Upload rate the most are your completed downloads. So instead of limiting from the Global limit. Limit your upload speed from the manual limited.
